Now open in the Houston Energy Corridor. Kirkwood offers a fresh take on upscale American dining in a warm, clubhouse-inspired setting. By day, expansive windows will fill the space with natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere for lunch. In the evening, the cozy den will provide the perfect retreat for cocktails, dinner, and lively conversation—an ideal escape for those looking to avoid the hassle of city-center crowds.

Coming 2027, Flourish Daily Fare is rooted in fresh ingredients and crafted with care. The menu features crave-worthy sandwiches, nourishing bowls, comforting soups, and wholesome grab-and-go options. Designed for convenience, Flourish makes it easy to fuel up—whether you're grabbing a quick bite, dining in the café, or enjoying the outdoor greenspace at Energy Tower IV in Houston's Energy Corridor.

First Watch specializes in award-winning, made-to-order Breakfast, Brunch, and Lunch. Everything is made to order, with no heat lamps or deep fryers—just the finest ingredients for the freshest taste around. Through its growing franchise portfolio, Mac Haik Restaurant Group is bringing Starbird to Texas — a chef-driven, super-premium fast-food concept redefining the modern chicken experience. Founded in California, Starbird serves fresh, never-frozen, all-natural chicken, never treated with antibiotics and hand-breaded in a proprietary gluten-friendly blend for a light, crispy bite. The menu features elevated sandwiches, tenders, wings and salads paired with house-made sauces and bold, flavor-forward profiles. Designed for today's on-the-go lifestyle, Starbird combines culinary innovation with a seamless, tech-forward ordering experience. The brand is anticipated to debut in Texas in late 2026.
